Gargoyles!
We got home today about an hour before sunset, and the sunlight was just pure gold. I took some pics of the gargoyles out front, and thought they came out pretty well. :)

I used to work with a reporter at CNN who would ONLY shoot her on-camera standups at that hour of day. It worked, too... she always had a nice glow when she was on cam.
Really? That's cool... I didn't know how many superstitions there were in journalism. That in and of itself might make an interesting post.
These gargoyle pictures are excellent. To me, most seem to be in a state of repose. I think you should get a small one for the top of the mailbox. If the gargoyle's protection services actually work, imagine how much fewer bills you'll receive! LOL
