Bob loves me
I'm really inordinately tickled about this... :D I found the button in my MP3 player software that lets you swap out the default bitmap it shows when shutting down.
I know, I'm easily amused... but at least it adds slack to my life.

(Also: "PIXIRS"; I am assuming that's Pixar's knockoff? That made, like, I don't know, Monsters, Ltd., Finding Jules and the unpopular TV movie Toy Story, Too!.)
It's a pretty cool player even BEFORE it got slack... :D I saw it on sale at Fry's Electronics for $210... UNBELIEVABLE price for a 60GB player, at least here in the southeast. I've had it since April, and just adore it.
And "PIXIRS"... that's too funny. :D
Wow... when two or more are gathered in an MP3 player's name, verily, Steve Jobs will be there. :D
I've been thinking about maaaybe getting an iPod/mp3 player (although, I think one of my discmans can play mp3 CDs and/or discmans what can do that are cheaper anyway, so...), since I've applied for a new Temp Agency Thing until I can actually get a real like job. Although I'm not sure. I know I don't want one of the iPod+Hp things, mainly because, well, I've had loads of bad experiences with HP stuff and at this point do not trust them farther than I can throw them (which, admittedly, with an iPod would probably be pretty far since they're small and light, but that can't be good for it). And real iPods are hell of expensive. And I also don't really have much in the way of money. But, still, hey, that'd be pretty awesome. One thing it has is that it can say title/artist AND have "Bob". Whereas mp3CDplayers? Not so much.
