Snakefinger - The Man In The Dark Sedan
Snakefinger is REALLY awesome. I wish his albums would come back into print... I've got all but the "History Of The Blues" one, but they're all outstanding. This is perhaps his only promotional video(?), for "The Man In The Dark Sedan", from... Chewing Hides The Sound, I think. One of the first two, anyway. God, Snakefinger was great.

I never really listened to any of Snakefinger's solo music... this is great, though. And the video is wonderful.
He died right around the time I started getting into the Residents, so I remember hearing about and reading about the "Snakey Wake," which sounds like it was an amazing memorial.
I _love_ Snakefinger's solo stuff. The first two records (which this is from) are VERY Residential. They're basically Residents albums with the singer swapped out for Snakey, almost. They were produced and co-written with the Residents, so... yeah. My favorite of his, though, is _Manual Of Errors_, which has a little bit of Residents involvement, but not much. It's sounds a bit more like what Snakefinger hisself was interested in, which is, naturally, somewhat Residential, but quite a bit more... Zappa/Beefheart-oid, as well as being much his own thing.
The only Snakefinger stuff I don't like is the Chilli Willi & The Red Hot Peppers stuff, which was his band when he went back to England for a spell in the Early Days of the Residents. It... was basically bland country-pub-rock stuff. Nothing terrible, just... well, such a waste for such an immense talent.
